Through the instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.625 dated 16.09.2025 registered under Sections 115, 126, 3(5) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNS”) (Sections 311, 190 and 191(3) of BNS added later on and Section 3(5) of BNS deleted later on) at Police Station Sadar Gurugram, District Gurugram. 2. Vide order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
