Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.49, dated 26.04.2025, under Sections 109, 3(5), 111 of BNS and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, Punjab. 2. As per allegations leveled by the prosecution, on 26.04.2025, Inspector Gurwinder Kumar, DSP Sukhwinder Singh, DSP Fateh Singh Brar, Inspector Mohit Dhawan of CIA Staff alongwith other police officials laid barricade at Octroi No.7, Ferozepur Cantt.
