The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-12), whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur has declared the petitioner as a proclaimed offender. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No. 23 dated 24.05.2022, (Annexure P-1), registered under section 326, 324, 323, 506 379, 148, 149 of IPC 1860, at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur,, was registered.
