The instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 46 dated 11.02.2026 registered under Sections 21B, 61 and 85 of the NDPS ACT, at Police Station Kalanwali, District Dabwali. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Satpal has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 18.03.2026 is made absolute.
