Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 300 dated 20.10.2025, registered under Sections 21(c), 29/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2. Learned State counsel has filed the status report by way of affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), Ferozepur in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 4. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2026, had directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation and the petitioner shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner was also ordered to abide by the conditions as specifi
