The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the complaints (Annexures P-5 and P-6 respectively) and take appropriate action against respondents No.5 to 7 in accordance with law. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the State submits that as per the status report dated 21.03.2026, a detailed enquiry was conducted on the aforesaid complaints Annexure P-5 and P-6 wherein, no evidence was found against respondents No.6 and 7 and the complaints were closed after passing a speaking order dated 14.03.2026. 3.
