HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Pursuant to the previous order of this Court, both the parties are present before this Court today. 2. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant jointly against the judgment and order dated 25.03.2026 and decree dated 09.04.2026 whereby the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 moved jointly by the appellant and the respondent before the learned trial court was dismissed on the grounds of collusion. In the petition for divorce, the parties have stated that they are living separately for 4 years before the petition was presented. Both the parties have stated that they want a decree for divorce by mutual consent as they are unable to live with each other. Both the parties before the learned trial court admitted that the husband has given Rs.5 lacs to the wife and she has also admitted the receiving of the same. Thereafter, no other dispute exis
