The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Court No. 9, Agra in Original Suit No. 384 of 2023 (M/s Basant Overseas vs. Shri Rajveer Singh and Others). 3. The Original Suit No. 1006 of 2023 (New No. 384 of 2023), M/s Basant Overseas vs. Shri Rajveer Singh Kushwah and Others, was filed by the plaintiff/respondent no. 1 seeking a decree of permanent prohibitory injunction restraining the defendants from causing any obstruction or interference in the plaintiff's construction of a boundary wall over the suit property, and from interfering in any manner with the plain
