For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. 3. Office is requested to allot regular number to the appeal. Re : Appeal 1. The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 24.03.2026, by which the application under Section 24 and 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, moved by the respondent on behalf of herself and her child, was allowed by the learned trial court, whereby a monthly maintenance of Rs. 8,000/- has been awarded to her and Rs. 4,000/- has been awarded to her child. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned trial court did not go through the material on record and has been influenced by the status of the respondent and that the appellant himself is not earning that much and FAPLD No. 446 of 2026
