Vs. Faljit Singh, under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner was never served in the present case as the requisite RC/AD was not filed by respondent No.2-complainant for service of the petitioner, which is evident from the zimini order placed on record.
