The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.134 dated 27.06.2023, under Sections 323, 341, 379, 427, 451, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Tibba, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is the outcome of the dispute arisen between the neighbourers. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
