In the present petition, challenge is to the order dated 01.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No.5-Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred as “Tribunal”) in OA No.247 of 2026 whereby, the prayer of the petitioner for converting the order of removal from service into discharge from service, has been wrongly rejected. 2.
