In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 22.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) and 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-8) vide which, the leave period from 04.10.2025 to 10.11.2025, i.e. a total of 37 days, was treated as leave without pay. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has produced letter dated 05.05.2026 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Palwal, whereby the period from 04.10.2025 to 10.11.2025, i.e. 37 days, has been treated as earned leave on full pay. 3.
