The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure P-10) withholding pension, leave encashment and other service benefits of the petitioner. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents-authorities for releasing the pension, leave encashment and other retiral benefits of the petitioner for rendering services for more than 17 years in the respondent-department with interest @ 10% per annum on the delayed payments of retiral dues. 2.
