In the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the orders dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) and dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.2, vide which, the petitioners have been selected for promotion course List B-1 under 35% seniority- cum-fitness category for the year 2022 & 2023 Lower School Course, despite the fact that the petitioners have not given their willingness. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similar issue has been considered by this Court in CWP-24483-2025 titled as EHC Sandeep Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others and the same was disposed of vide order dated 04.09.2025, wherein, it has been held that the petitioners cannot be compelled to undergo Lower School Course and thereafter, seek promo
