In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 to 7 for not sending the petitioners for forthcoming Lower School Course 2024, as the petitioners have been selected for the promotion List-B under 35% seniority-cum-fitness category which is likely to commence in May 2026 at Madhuban, Karnal, whereas the petitioners have given their unwillingness to undergo the course. 2.
