The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 28.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-8196-2016 and connected cases. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, separate affidavit (s) dated 30.04.2026 of respondent No. 2 to 4 have been filed wherein it has been mentioned that LPA No. 1124-2016 has been preferred by State against order dated 28.03.2025 wherein it was ordered that the impugned order be kept in abeyance. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of aforementioned LPA. 5.
