(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered against him vide FIR No.407 dated 12.12.2023 under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, Section 61(1) (c) and 72-A of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and later on added Sections 201, 272 and 273 of IPC and 103 and 104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999 at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
