TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J(OQRAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking direction to the respondents to adjust the petitioner as Extension Lecturer (Mathematics) either in her parent college or any other Government College, against work-load. 2. Learned counsel contended that the petitioner was engaged as Extension Lecturer in the Department on 04.08.2014 and continued working up to 18.10.2024, when she was relieved vide office order, Annexure P-44, passed on that date. Later, she approached the Directorate against it and memo dated 21.11.2024, Annexure P-47, was issued to the concerned Principal directing him to allow the petitioner to resume duties till assessment of work-load for the session 2024-25, But the petitioner has still not been allowed to join.
