Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the present Letters Patent Appeal, the interim order dated 28.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge has been assailed. However, the appellant has now filed an application in the main writ petition seeking its withdrawal with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, and accordingly, the writ petition has been ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn by the learned Single Judge. 2. Since the main writ petition, wherein impugned interim order dated 28.04.2026 has been passed, has already been withdrawn, the present Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
