The present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for directing respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the private respondents as the petitioner has given application for registration of case against the private respondents and now the private respondents and Management are threatening the petitioner to kill in case she did not withdraw the complaints filed by her. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 20.02.2026 (Annexure P-3) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, however, no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.
