Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.0249/2025 dated 08.09.2025, under Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station DLF Ph-3rd, Gurugram along with subsequent proceedings. Further prayer has been made that further proceedings pending arising out of the present FIR may kindly be stayed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely and frivolously implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the agreement arrived at, had executed even a sale deed. He has submitted that all the terms and conditions of the property were disclosed as is evident from the affidavit filed by the complainant. He has submitted that after two years of registration of the sale deed, FIR had been
