The present first petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 08.01.2026 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar in case No.CHI-168-2022 arising out of FIR No.124 dated 20.05.2022 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [now Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023], at Police Station Shahkot, Jalandhar Rural, whereby the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C., alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
