By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of orders dated 06.12.2004, 29.03.2023, and 18.11.2024 passed by the Respondent- Indo Tibetan Border Police Force [„ITBP‟], whereby the period from 19.12.1995 to 08.09.1999 has been treated as “dies-non” for all purposes including pensionary benefits, and for consequential directions for regularization of the said period as study leave/leave kind due/leave without pay and for counting the service rendered by the petitioner under the U.P.
