Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the respondents No.1 to 4 to issue the transfer certificates and mark sheets of his children. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consent of the mother is not a prerequisite for the issuance of the transfer certificates, inasmuch as the petitioner is solely bearing the school fees and other attendant expenses for his children and, therefore, he possesses the right to determine whether they should continue their education at the respondent No.3/school or be transferred elsewhere. 3.
