The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of assessment order dated 29.03.2025. He is further seeking direction to respondents to refrain from disconnecting the electricity supply of his residential premises-cum-dental clinic as he has already deposited 40% of assessed demand. 2. As per pleadings, the respondent raised demand of ₹98,555/- along with compounding fee of ₹45,000/- vide assessment notice dated 29.03.2025 passed under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against the petitioner.
