May'2022 to November 2022 alongwith interest @ 12% per annum as the petitioner has been exonerated during departmental inquiry vide order dated 04.11.2022 (Annexure P-3) and further in view of order dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P-5) whereby respondent no.3 has directed the respondent no.4 to release the salary of petitioner for the above mentioned period.
