The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.226 dated 10.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Section 303 (2) BNS/379 IPC, (Sections 324 (5) BNS/new Section, 61 (2) BNS/120-B IPC, 317(2) BNS/411 IPC and 238 BNS/201 IPC added later on), registered at P.S. Shahkot, District Jalandhar Rural alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
