The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 28th November, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in CIV DJ No. 377/2025, whereby the opportunity of the petitioner to file the replication as well as the affidavit(s) of admission/denial of documents have been closed. 3. Heard. Record perused. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressing only for the relief pertaining to filing of the affidavit(s) of admission/denial of documents filed on behalf of the respondent.
