The present petition has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days to the petitioner in FIR No.422 dated 01.12.2025 registered under Section 22-C of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, on the ground that the petitioner is required to undergo immediate cataract surgery. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is about 48 years of age and is suffering from serious eye ailment, i.e cataract resulting in significantly low vision, due to which he is unable to perform his day-to-day activities properly.
