Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.65, dated 13.03.2026, under Section 105 of BNS, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that FIR in the present case was registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Jagtar Singh. It was alleged that the complainant is working as transporter at Tanda.
