Randhawa vs State of Punjab and others, 1997(3) SCT 468. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner was appointed as Clerk on 29.12.1994 and, after rendering unblemished service, retired from the service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2026 as Superintendent.
