(Oral) This petition under Section 528, BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.361 dated 10.12.2016 (Annexure P-1), for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 468, 506 IPC (Sections 467, 471 of IPC added added later on), registered at Police Station Bhondsi, District Gurugram, with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 24.10.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.
