(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 18.01.2025 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC (Sections 316, 318(4) and 61 of BNS) at Police Station Tripri, District Patiala The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.05.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. A short reply dated 12.05.2026 by way of an affidavit of Jangjit Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-II, District Patiala has been filed on behalf of the State by the learned counsel for the State.
