FACTUAL BACKGROUND 2. Briefly stated, the facts of the present case are that one FIR bearing no. RC2232020A0008 dated 02.11.2020 was registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation [hereafter „CBI‟], Anti- Corruption Branch-V, New Delhi, for commission of offence under Sections 403, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟] and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 [hereafter „PC Act‟] against M/s Best Foods Ltd., its Chairman Sh. Mohinder Pal Jindal (since deceased), Managing Director Sh. Dinesh Gupta (the applicant herein), and other unkno
