The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS (Corresponding to Section 438 of Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.147 dated 09.05.2022, registered under Section 379 IPC (Section 303 (2) BNS) (Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC added lateron) (corresponding Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and Section 340(2) of BNS, 2023) at Police Station Sector-6, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. 2.
