Present petition has been filed under Section 528of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 460, dated 15.08.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 452, 506 of IPC [corresponding Sections 191, 190, 115(2), 118, 333, 351 of BNS, 2023], registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal (Annexure P-1), and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise-deed dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties. 2.
