Prayer in the present second petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.259 dated 18.11.2025, under Sections 115(2) of BNS read with Section 3 SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. 2. Vide order dated 27.03.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petit
