Judgment text excerpt

APURVA 2026.05.20 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh Haryana, whereby the matter was remanded to the learned District Collector, Gurgaon, for a fresh decision after inviting fresh applications, with a further observation that the said order shall not debar the three candidates, i.e. the petitioner and respondents No.4 and 5 herein, from applying afresh. 2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that while issuing notice of motion on 01.05.2015, the order dated 17.09.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, was not stayed by this Court. Rather, on 11.07.2017, the following order was passed by this Court:- “ Counsel for the petitioner has though admitted that the petitioner was caught using unfair means during examination for which he had been debarred from appearing in the examination for two years, yet he wants to place on record certain documents by way of additional affidavit. On his request, adjourned to 25.07.2017. To be shown in the urgent list.” 3. It is further borne out from the order sheets that the matter has been adjourned on various occasions at the request of learned counsel
