Prayer in this petition filed under Section 24 CPC is for transferring the petition bearing No. HMA/1162/2024 (Annexure P-2) filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as ‘Himanshu Johar vs. Disha’ filed by the respondent-husband before the learned Family Court Ambala to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands settled between the parties vide Settlement/ Compromise dated 08.05.2026 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. It is accordingly, prayed that the present petition may be disposed of accordingly. 3.
