The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se parties, arising out of the Collaboration Agreement dated 03.04.20192. 2. The said Agreement contains an Arbitration Clause, being Clause 33, which reads as under: “33. That in case any difference of opinion arising between the parties in regard to the interpretation of the scope of this Agreement both the parties shall resolve the said dispute through an Arbitrator at Delhi to be appointed by both the parties with mutual consent.” 3. At the outset, this Court takes note of the fact that vide Order dated 18.09.2025, Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have been deleted from the array of parties in the present Petition. Accordingly, the disputes herein are confined to the Petitioner and Respondent No. 4. 5.
