AG Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents/Authorities to select the petitioner on the post of Group- D, in pursuance of advertisement No.4/2018 dated 26.08.2018 (Annexure P-9). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been bestowed with the joining to the post of Group-D, in pursuance of Advertisement No.4/2018 dated 26.08.2019 (Annexure P-9) after due consideration of his Sports Gradation Certificate. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the instant petition any further. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off, having been rendered infructuous.
