The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 191 dated 12.09.2025 Sections 190, 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3) of the BNSS (Sections 117(3) of BNS was later added and (190, 191(3) deleted) registered at Police Station Sanauli, District Panipat and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
