GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.75 dated 03.06.2025, under Sections 309(4) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Phase-11, District SAS Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1) and DDR No.13 dated 05.06.2025 under Section 238 of BNS added later on (Annexure P-2) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2.
