(Section 483 of BNSS, 2023) is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.33 dated 19.02.2022 registered under Sections 302, 34, 107, 120-B & 201 IPC 1860, (Sections 103(1), 3(5), 45, 61 & 238 of BNS, 2023) [Sections 34, 107, 120-B, 201 IPC and Section 61(1) of Excise Act added later on) at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural. 2. The present FIR came to be registered at the instance of Kajal W/o Shamsher Singh and the same reads as under:- ‘Statement of Kajal wife of Shamsher Singh daughter of Nanak Singh, resident of village Pandori, police station Lopoke, District Amritsar aged around 23 years, mobile no. 9814067784 made a statement that I am resident of above said address and I am household lady. We are six sisters and brothers. I am eldest. JIT
