The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed for quashing of FIR No.113 dated 09.10.2024, under Sections 351(2), 356(2), 191(3), 189 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar (Annexure P-1), along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
