By way of present petition under Section 482 the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short - ‘the BNSS’), the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.263 dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’), registered at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani. 2. Briefly, allegations are that the petitioner alongwith co-accused acted in conspiracy to unlawfully transfer the possession of complainant’s land to one of the co-accused’s wife, namely, Meena wherein all the accused persons secretly got wrong verification done on wrong summons from Mahender Lambardar by getting someone else to stand in Tehsildar’s court and getting fake signatures for Suresh and his elder brother, Satyawan.
