Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petitions on the same cause of action, separately for petitioners No. 1 to 3 and petitioners No. 4 to 6, on the ground that the cause of action for the two sets of petitioners is distinct and different. 3.
