(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from 1995 i.e from the date when the petitioner completed 2 years contractual service from the date of appointment on contractual basis i.e. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a driver on contractual basis in the department of Haryana Roadways and was posted in Hisar Depot on 10.12.1993 vide offer of appointment letter dated 25.03.1994, the petitioner was offered as driver on contractual basis for a period of 90 days i.e from 10.12.1993 to 09.03.1994 and thereafter the extension in services of the petitioner was made from time to time where
