The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.03.2026 (P-10), whereby the petitioner has been dismissed retrospectively w.e.f. 20.09.2025. 2. Learned State counsel submits that against the order of punishment of dismissal from service, the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 17.04.2026 before the Appellate Authority, which is still pending consideration and, therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable. 3.
